Labor Day Weekend - 2008

We had such a busy labor day weekend this year. Davin and I went up to Midway on Wednesday night to help Shay set up her booth and get things ready for Swiss days. By the time we got home Saturday we were both worn out and Davin was even a little sun kisssed from the parade. Davin spent a lot of the time with grandma alex while I worked in the booth. This year we had to have two cash registers it was so busy!!!!!!!

Saturday after the parade we were invited to the Lynch's (my parents friends) for lunch and for the kids to get away and play. After lunch the kids headed straight for the beach/river and were completely soaked and muddy by the end. Thank you Morgan and Jan for a fun time~ :)


After making it back home Saturday we had a big family BBQ at Steve's parents on Sunday. It is always fun when everyone is together! Monday Steve was supposed to pick peaches but got rained out so I convinced him to go to the Payson Parade. We sat with Mark and Haylee and their kids but weren't there for long and the rain came pouring down!!!!!!! We had umbrellas but we were soaked by the time we made it back to Mark and Haylee's house.

We had tons of fun over the weekend but it has taken us a while to completely recover and get back to a normal schedule after all of our fun.
