Camping Trip - July 24th

We just got back from my family's annual 24th of July Camp Trip up by current creek peak. This year we went more towards center creek though to try and get out of the bugs. We had a fun trip once we got there but when we were trying to get ready to go wednesday morning we had go make a stop at the EMERGENCY ROOM! Steve had gotten up early to try and get things ready so that he could tend the baby while I went to walmart to get the grocerys. Well he was taking the propane tank of our BBQ so that we could take it for our camp chef and he was bending down and when he stood up the bbq forks that were hanging went right into his knee three inches deep OUCH!!!!!!!! The doctor had to cut it open a little more to get in their to clean it and to make sure it didn't mess up his joint but after a few stitches, a tetnus shot, and a deep cleaning we were out of there and on our way. Davin and I stayed from wednesday to sunday Davin liked camping and luckily didn't get any bug bites. Steve had to go home and pick sour cherries and left us for a couple of days. We left camp on Saturday and drove down to heber for the demolition derby. It was a fun derby even though we got rained on a little, davin didn't mind all the noise either! We had tons of fun camping and can't wait until next year.
